Holy Cross Care and Rehabilitation Center

Holy Cross Care and Rehabilitation Center began its ministry to the greater South Bend community in 1994. As a not for profit, faith based, mission driven organization, our roots date back to the founding of the Sisters of Mercy in 1831 and the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross in 1841.

Today, we are a member of Trinity Continuing Care Services, a division of Trinity Health, the third largest Catholic health system in the United States.

Our modern, 120-bed facility offers short-term rehabilitative services and long term care. We are a participant in the Medicare and Medicaid programs and work with a variety of private insurers.
